Why can't we guarantee to allot you the preferred room number?

    I'd like to cancel my booking as earlier I had booked to shift from mid October but bed wasn't available with you.
    Then I had changed my date of shifting to 1st November. But it is not convenient for me. Therefore kindly cancel my booking and I request you to refund the amount.

    paid the token amount to the guy at zolo ginger and when i called him up that I've got a booking , he said you can't get a room here want full refund of the token amount
