You can provide us your room/ floor preferences before a booking is confirmed. We will try our best to allot you the room of your preference but sometimes, we might not be able to do so. As such, you need not worry as all Zolo rooms within a property are standardized and equally good. Here are some of the reasons why it could happen:
There is no availability for that room.
There could be multiple customers requesting the same room. If two users have selected the same room, we allot the room based on first come first basis.
The room is not available on your joining date but available some days later. You can always request to change your room if your preferred room is available later while you stay with us.
